The North Carolina Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Deployment Plan, part of the federal National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (NEVI) program, aims to expand access to convenient, reliable, affordable, and equitable electric vehicle (EV) charging across our state. With up to $109 million of NEVI funds expected to come to North Carolina over the next five years, there are many opportunities to support the development of the state’s public EV charging network and create good-paying jobs for North Carolinians.
Join us for a panel discussion moderated by Jennifer Weiss, Senior Advisor for Climate Change Policy at the North Carolina Department of Transportation, to learn more about the NEVI program, hear from industry stakeholders about implementation opportunities and workforce needs, and how you can get involved.
