North Carolina has ambitious plans to develop offshore wind capabilities, recently highlighted by their announcement of the publication of their supply chain report.

This will highlight the UK strategy at a policy level in addition to recent work on attracting private investment to meet the goal of quadrupling OSW by 2030.
