• Mike will outline the east coast offshore wind (OSW) market forecast and the supply chain opportunity serviceable from North Carolina, considering its own native project pipeline plus projects being developed along the East Coast from Maine through South Carolina.

• Andy will describe the North Carolina supply chain offerings, anchor companies, and the North Carolina supply chain directory.

NC infrastructure (10 min) - Rich Baldwin, Lloyds Register

• Rich will describe the OSW potential of rail, road, and inland locations and ports, marine terminals and waterfront assets (PMWs).

The development of the supply chain related to manufacturing and NC’s clean energy market (10 min) - Steve Kalland, N.C. Clean Energy Technology Center

• Steve will note of the business-friendly climate and the incentives available to businesses looking to invest or transition into the OSW supply chain and will describe recommendations to support the development of the supply chain related to manufacturing and its clean energy market.

• The authors proposed 48 specific recommendations in their report, and Mike and Steve will highlight the key ones.
