Beneficial electrification, the idea of converting direct fossil fuel-powered devices such as a furnace to electric, is a relatively new concept which can reduce carbon emissions, enhance efficiency, and lower costs. Utilities across the nation are embracing beneficial electrification to increase electricity sales and decrease carbon emissions to benefit consumers’ bank accounts and improve their impact on the environment. We invite you to join us for a presentation and a dialogue on how beneficial electrification leaders are driving transformation in North Carolina and beyond. During the webinar, our speakers will address their approach and vision of beneficial electrification, the technology they are leveraging and will need, and highlight examples of successful projects.

Virtual Networking
We love bringing people together - so to facilitate virtual networking during this event, we'll enable Webex's chat feature so you can view participants and connect with potential partners. We will also share the name and organization of each person participating (absolutely no other contact information will be provided) approximately 1 day prior to the event. Those who do not want their name or organization shared can opt out during registration. While we know this is not the same as connecting in person, we hope it will provide an opportunity to derive additional value from the meeting.
