Women make up less than 30% of the energy workforce, but that’s changing. Join the Duke University Energy Initiative and the EDGE Center at the Fuqua School of Business for a panel discussion of issues that women face in the energy workforce and what male and female executives can do to encourage sector diversity. Featuring innovators from Duke Energy, Southern Energy Management, Idaho National Laboratory, and the Department of Energy’s Innovation Crossroads fellows program. Students are also invited to sign up for small-group lunches from 1-2.
